All requests submitted to LOGÍSTICA MARINA, regardless of the means used by the owners, must:

- Be in Spanish language
- Include the name and signature of the holder, as well as an address or other means to communicate the response to your request.
- Accompany the official documents proving the identity of the holder.
- Include a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the rights conferred by the Law will be exercised.
